I too tried other cleaners to no avail but this one did the trick. I really appreciate the tip! I've not lavasoft, tried the malware clean listed above, which came up totally clean, but having constant 'Photoshop CC not working' messages. Any other ideas? I fixed the problem. Finally I found a solution that has nothing to do with Lavasoft. I never had any Lavasoft products in my computer, so it was quite frustrating to search and always being suggested to remove files from a product I never had.
Anyway, I had to reset my preferences. Seems like there's a conflict with the preferences. The trade-off is that you will lose your Photoshop preferences. It worked with my PS CC Cancel Post. Related Conversations.
